 5 DAYS / 4 NIGHTS

DAY 1:
Arrival at IMPHAL. On arrival transfer to Hotel . Afternoon Visit SHRI SHRI GOVINDAJEE TEMPLE – is an elegant Vaishnavite shrine located in Imphal, the capital city of Manipur. It stands adjacent to the palace of the former rulers of the state. The temple was built in the early 18th century.Overnight in Imphal

DAY 2:
Day trip to Keibul Lamjao National Park (one and only floating national park in the world where the endangered dancing deer – Sangai is found), Loktak Lake(largest fresh water lake in north east), INA Memorial(Indian tri color flag was first hoisted here by INA at Moirang), Japanese War Memorial . Overnight in Imphal

DAY 3:
Visit ANDRO VILLAGE. (The place is famed for its fireplace which is never allowed to get extinguish) 27 km towards east of Imphal is the ancient Meitei village which has kept intact the old customs and traditions of . Overnight in Imphal

AFTERNOON – Local Sightseeing of IMPHAL (Kangla Fort –One of the most important historic site of the state and is highly revered as a holy place by the Manipuris ,Ima Market \ (vendors are all women selling products ranging from handloom, handicrafts to household items), World War II cemetry .

DAY 4:
Day trip to Ukhrul- a picturesque hill town of Manipur – lies about 84 km kilometers to the North East of Imphal . The place is inhabited by Tangkhul Tribes. The life and art of Tangkhuls are attractive and captivating. Overnight in Imphal

DAY 5:
Transfer to Airport.

 

 

IMPHAL 

FOR 3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS

The itinerary is made for a minimum group of 6(six)PAX. the complete itinerary is for accomodation on twin sharing basis, fooding, sight seeing, cultural programme, transportation and transfer from/to airport for 3 Days/2 Nights Packages.

DAY: 01
Arrival at Tulihal airport in Imphal. To be receive by our representative, transfer to hotel and lunch at hotel. In the afternoon visit to World War II British cemetry at Imphal. Dinner with Manipuri traditional cusine meals, night stay at hotel.
(Manipur cultural programme and folk dances in the evening for about 75 minutes period can be arranged if the group is for min 21 PAX). Dinner and night stay in the hotel.

DAY: 02
After breakfast at hotel proceed to INA (Indian National Army) Museum at Moirang, where the first INA flag was unfurled on april 14th, 1944 in Indian Soil. Further proceeding to Lotak Lake (the largest freshwater lake, which resembles a miniature inland sea with floating mass of vegetation on the Loktak Lake sustains a small herds of this endemic deer which unfortunately has the dubious distinction of being the most threatened Cervid known As Phumdi). Further towards the Keibul Lamjao National Park which houses SANGAI (Brow Antlered deer of Manipur, better known as The Dancing Deer). Lunch at hotel and visit at the Famous Ima Market (where all the vendors are women), shopping at Paona International market. Dinner and night stay at hotel

DAY: 03
After breakfast at hotel proceed for a quick visit to Kangla Fort, ShahidMinar and RKCS Art Gallery. Proceed to airport.

 

 

IMPHAL/ MOREH/ MOIRANG ITINERARY

FOR 4 DAYS /3 NIGHTS

DAY: 01

After breakfast visit to Moreh, a border town between India and Myanmar. Shopping at Namphalong market. Lunch at Moreh and return back to Imphal. Dinner and night stay at hotel.

DAY: 03
After breakfast at hotel proceed to INA (Indian National Army) Museum at Moirang, where the first INA flag was unfurled on april 14th, 1944 in Indian Soil. Returning back to Imphal and lunch at hotel.

At afternoon, visit to Kangla Fort, Sahid Minar, Manipur State Museum and RKCS Art Gallery. Shopping at Khwairamband Bazar or Ima Market and visit to Shree Shree Govindajee Temple. Dinner in Manipuri traditional style meals and night stay in hotel.

DAY: 04
After breakfast proceed to airport to take the flight.
